We help create memorable wedding days for thousands of brides every year and are excited to be part of the next journey for many of our past customers. Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy! Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished selecting items, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details required to complete your order.
An order begins processing within 24 hours after ordering. Due to the high volume of sales and orders processed daily, we cannot always accommodate updates to processing orders. Editing an order can cause delay in your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
 
Credit Card Security
To ensure your credit card information all checkout pages are secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
 
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
 
Engraved/Custom Items
Any item that is personalized or customized is non-refundable.  Please allow 2-4 weeks to process and ship any engraved/customized order.  If you need an item sooner than this, please call our customer service department to arrange for a quicker delivery. If an item purchased at SapphireBabies.com is brought to another retailer for engraving, it is not the responsibility of Sapphire Babies to replace the item if it becomes damaged.
Canceling or making updates to an engraved item may not always be accepted. We will do our best to honor your request, but cannot guarantee any changes once your order is in process. All personalized orders must be placed on-line by the customer to ensure proper spelling. We are not responsible for misspellings, your order is processed exactly how it is entered. If you fail to enter the engraved information and/or indicate "No Engraving", we will process your order without personalization.
 
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders. Our business is operated from Massachusetts.
